How we started
Looking at the rise in Persian expats in the city, which has been a trend over many years, and the lack of authentic Persian food and grilled meat outlets in the our city, SheeshKebab, was founded by Anas and Asad to bring the pure authentic Persian taste to the local mouths.
Our Food has the original flavours of Iran with a fussion of Indian awadi food. This unique fusion is healthy, lip smacking and the first of it's kind in the city. The kebabs are succulent, and flavorful, and all of them come with a roti or rice side. The ingredients and meat are sourced from a trusted and authentic vendor on daily basis to ensure they are fresh and quality food reaches the consumers. Sheesh Kebab also serves a wide range of grilled starters(Veg & Non-Veg), traditional Biryani from Zackria caters(a pioneer of catering industry since 1930).
We also service a wide range of local favourites like Chicken Kebabs, Ghee Rice, Pepper Brain, Indian Tikka and Butter Chicken Roll.
The restaurant
We offer a very unique ambiance , never seen in the city before. The interiors are an amalgamation of traditional and modern arcitecure, making one feel royal as well as a casual. It mimics a traditional middle eastern house fussed with modern contemporary feel. The large waterfall installed at the restaurant is just mezmerising cutting out all the noise of traffic and the outside world, making one feel like they are in a different world.
Sheeshkebab is a third generation family line food venture which is a part of Zackria Caterers, a pioneer in the Bangalore catering industry since 1960. Mr. Zackria Yousef, the founder always believed in serving delicious food to his customers.
